• Co-founded HealthCite, a WebMD competitor. Co-founded PanteQ Corporation, a software development company.  Dr. Imam founded MedicalOasis, an imaging center corporation. Dr. Imam founded American Teleradiology and merged with Nighthawk Radiology Services in September of 2005, went public in February 2006 with a market cap of $600-$700 million (NASDAQ: NHWK)
